For your convenience, you can sign up for automatic payment of your assessments or submit a change of address through our website. For a change of address, please click on the following e-mail and indicate your old address and the new address as well as your name and contact information.

For automatic payment sign up, please review your statement to determine the P.O. Box used by your Association. If the return address reads P.O. Box 25378, please download the following form:

If the return address reads P.O. Box 45413, please download the following form:
union_bank_ACH_signup.pdf

If the return address reads P.O. Box 62285, please download the following form:
CAB_ACH_authorization_form.doc

Follow the instructions indicated and please allow up to 60 days for processing. Please continue to mail in your payment until you receive confirmation that your ACH will begin.
